Paige Vitousek is a writer, lecturer and instructor of real estate principles and practices. President of Vitousek Real Estate School for the past 42 years, she conducts pre-license training classes for salespersons and brokers.

Paige moved to Hawaii at an early age, graduating from Punahou and later from the University of Southern California, with a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Commerce, and a Special Secondary Teaching Credential.

A past president and founding member of Hawaii Association of Real Estate Schools, she is the only person in the State of Hawaii to receive the prestigious national "Designated Real Estate Instructor" award from the Real Estate Educators Association. She co-authored with John Reilly, Hawaii's only complete real estate text, "Principles and Practices of Hawaiian Real Estate," now in its 18th edition, and the national text, "Questions and Answers to Help You Pass the Real Estate Exam," presently in its 8th edition.

Paige is known for her easy and humorous teaching style, and a comfortable classroom setting where students are free to ask questions or participate in the lively discussion.

 

                            

 

Wayne Sadoyama has been involved in the real estate business for over forty years.  His experience includes sales of residential and commercial properties, property management, leasing, real estate financing and property valuation. He is a principal at the real estate appraisal firm of Stellmacher & Sadoyama, Ltd. In addition, he is the principal broker at The Realty Company, Ltd. where he has been personally involved in residential and commercial property sales. 

For the last twenty  years he has also supervised the property management business at The Realty Company, Ltd. He has a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in real estate finance from the University of Southern California, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Claremont Men’s College.  Wayne was born and raised in Hawaii and attended Iolani School. The Appraisal Institue, a professional appraisal organization, has designated him Senior Residential Appraiser. In 1990, he authored “A Guide To Real Estate Appraisal In Hawaii,” which was published by the Hawaii Real Estate Research and Education Center, University of Hawaii, College of Business Administration.

 

                            

 

Russ Goode is a highly trained professional who is owner/Principal Broker of Realty Network Corporation. His wide range of practical realty experience includes tax-deferred exchanges, commercial leasing, creative financing, and land, condo and single family home sales.

Russ is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University (BA) and the University of Colorado (MBA). He is an active member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors, and holds the Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) designation.

Russ has qualified since 1980 for "Who's Who in Creative Real Estate", a nationwide listing of highly skilled real estate consultants and in 1997, was honored to be the Hawaii Association of Realtors Educator of the Year.

He has taught pre-licensing classes for the Vitousek Real Estate School since 1980, as well as Continuing Education classes across the State of Hawaii. He is currently president of the Hawaii Association of Real Estate Schools.
