Registration Requirements:

• 18+ years of age
• Basic understanding of English language

 ( Previous real estate knowledge or experience not required)

 

How to Register...

 

Full Length Classroom or Home Study Combination Course:
Call our office at (808) 946-0505 between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. for more information and for class details.

One may register over the phone using a credit card (Master Card or Visa only), or one may print out form found on the 'CONTACT US' page and mail it us to the PO Box listed below. You can either put down a $140 deposit or pay the full tuition. Payment is fully refundable provided notice of cancellation is received 24 hours prior to the first day of class. You should arrive at the first class approx. 15 minutes early in order to check in, pick up book and class materials, and settle your outstanding balance.  Balance may be paid by cash, check or credit card at first class.    

 

Independent Study Course - Hard Copy Only  (Salesperson or Broker):

One may register over the phone using a credit card (Master Card or Visa only), or one may print out form found on the 'CONTACT US' page and either fax to (808) 263-1205 with credit card information or mail with check or money order for full payment to address provided below.

All books and materials will be sent within 48 hours. No refund once packaging and materials have been opened. There is a one year time limit on this course, unless other arrangements are made with our office.

 

Online Independent Study Courses or Continuing Education Courses:
Click on the yellow highlighted link at the bottom of the "Independent Study Courses" or "Continuing Education Courses" pages of our website. This link will take you to all our online courses available. From there, select which course(s) you are interested in and proceed with the checkout process. All online courses must be processed online. There is a one year time limit on this course, unless other arrangements are made wtih our office.
