SALESPERSONS ONLINE INDEPENDENT STUDY COURSE: *$450... This 60-hour pre-license course is done completely online, including all interactive quizzes, reading assignments, instructional graphics and chapter reviews. Everything you need to pass the exam the first time.

BROKERS ONLINE INDEPENDENT STUDY COURSE: *$799... This 80-hour online course includes Broker's level interactive quizzes, reading assignments, quizzes and supplements, with complete step-by-step instructions. Everything you need to pass the exam the first time.

HARD COPY BROKERS INDEPENDENT STUDY COURSE: *$649... (including tax and postage). Complete entire 80-hour course at home at your own time. Includes: 103-page workbook with step-by-step instructions, quizzes and supplements, etc. Text: Principals and Practices of Hawaiian Real Estate. Text: Questions and Answers to Help You Pass the Real Estate Exam.

EXAM PREP KIT: $125 (Salesperson), $150 (Broker) (including tax and postage). Designed for the person with an active license from another state, who wants a Hawaii Salesperson's or Broker’s license. This Exam Prep Kit will adequately prepare anyone for the 50-question State Law portion of the Hawaii Salesperson's or Broker’s Exam. See Hawaii Licensing Requirements.

ONLINE CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES: $50 (3 credit hours) $90 (6 credit hours). For all licensees, these courses are approved by the Hawaii Real Estate Commission and meet all the requirements necessary for the 20-hour Continuing Education requirement.
