Vitousek Real Estate School is the ONLY school in Hawaii to offer this guarantee:
"If student attends all the classes and successfully completes our course, then within a week of completion sits for the State Examination, and does not pass on the first attempt, Vitousek Real Estate School will refund the student's entire tuition, less $65 for text and materials and the $20 registration fee" (applies to classroom program only).

Tuition Refund Program:

Vitousek Real Estate School is the ONLY school in Hawaii to offer this program:
"Upon successful completion of our course, we will give you the names of over 75 brokerage firms with whom we have signed contracts, whereby they have agreed if you choose to work for one of them, and then tell them that you went to Vitousek Real Estate School, they will refund half of your tuition out of their share of the first commission you earn."
