Hard Copy Independent Study Course - Salesperson ($450)

The Independent Study Course is a unique program designed for the self-directed student who seeks a practical approach to learning about real estate from his own home rather than a classroom setting. The program consists of ten Lessons, as detailed in an 89-page Workbook which states its Purpose, Learning Objectives, Student Activities, Assignments, and Study Guide.

Together with the workbook, the assignments include work in two textbooks you receive as part of your tuition:

At the completion of each Lesson in the workbook there is a Study Guide, which provides a summary of the key points. Students should always attempt to achieve 70% or more on these quizzes as well as the two self-grading 50-question review quizzes. When the workbook and assignments are finished, one may call the school office, and we will mail out the final exam. Upon successful completion, we mail out your Certificate of Completion. Student is now ready for the state exam.

NEW!! Hard Copy Independent Study Course - Broker ($925)

This required 80-hour course is designed for a self-motivated agent who prefers doing his studies on his own time, at his own pace, rather than take it in a classroom setting. This program consists of fourteen lessons, which are presented in a 103-page workbook, which states its Purpose, Learning Objectives, Student Activities, Assignments, and Study Guide.

Together with the workbook, the assignments include work in three textbooks you will receive:

At the completion of each Lesson, there is a 'Fill In' Study Guide, which will test the student on the key points just learned. Students should attempt to achieve 75% or more on these quizzes as well as the two self-grading 50-question review quizzes. When the workbook and assignments are completed, one may call the school office, and we will mail you the final exam. Upon successful completion, we mail out your Certificate of Completion. Student is now ready for the state exam.

Online Independent Study Course - Salesperson ($450)

For students who prefer learning online, we offer these entire 60 or 80 hour pre-license courses via the internet. These latest education tools provides the student with interactive quizzes, informative reading assignments, instructional graphics and chapter reviews. Everything, including final exam, is done online. Once completed, the student must call the school to request his Certificate of Completion and provide mailing information.
