Registration Requirements:
• No Previous real estate knowledge or experience
• 18 Years of age
• Basic understanding of English language

HOW TO REGISTER:

CLASSROOM COURSE:
Print out form found on the Contact Us page and send with $140 check, money order, credit card information (Master Card or Visa only), or register over the phone with a credit card. This is fully refundable if cancellation is received prior to our deadlines (Honolulu: 4:00 p.m. on the Friday preceding first class / Hilo: 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday preceding first class). When the deposit and registration form are received, this will reserve a seat for you in the class. You must then arrive at the first class approx. 15 minutes early in order to check in, pick up book and class materials, and settle your outstanding balance. Balance may be paid by cash, check or credit card.

INDEPENDENT STUDY COURSE (Salesperson or Broker):
One may register over the phone using a credit card (Master Card or Visa only), or one may print out form found on the Contact Us page and either fax to (808) 263-1205 with credit card information or mail with check or money order for $450.00 to address provided below. All books and materials will be sent within 48 hours. There is no refund once packaging and materials have been opened.
